Hi! My name is Megan. My background in healing spans from skincare, yoga, sound healing, herbalism, nutrition, fitness, and continues to expand. In my health journey, I’ve discovered shifts with my diet, daily activity, and also adapting to my body aging, which all reflects on the surface of our skin. The most important factor of life is our health, both mentally and physically. I am motivated by my desire to share knowledge of sound frequency, plant medicine, and ancient herbal traditions through Ayurvedic practice with you, to help heal from the outside-in and the inside-out. I am deeply full of passion in the practice of sound healing and holistic care and have fused both together to give you an innovative experience you will not find anywhere else.
